As we move towards the end of the year, we’re pleased to share another exciting update from Goshawk Quarter.

Across both 18 Goshawk Court and 25 Sims Street, our 50-townhome development is progressing well, with both Stage 1 and Stage 2 really starting to come together.

Externally, the development is taking shape across both sites, while internally, finishing works continue to progress throughout the homes as we move closer to completion.

There is a tremendous amount of work happening behind the scenes to reach each milestone, with our construction and development teams working closely alongside our trades, contractors, suppliers and consultants.

We’re incredibly proud of the progress being made and look forward to sharing more updates as the finishing touches continue across Goshawk Quarter.
